How our pricing works:

With us you pay only for what you need – no standard bundled servers, no lock-ins, no out of bundle extras.

You specify your processing resources required for your server or multiple servers:

CPU in core GHz (charged by single core GHz per hour)
Memory in GB (charged by GB per hour)
Disk in GB (charged by GB per month)

You add your networking requirements:

Data transfer requirement in GB (charged in GB transferred)
Static IPs (charged by no of IPs per month)
VLAN’s (charged by no of VLANs per month)
Firewalls (charged by no of Firewalls per month)

If required you add any Microsoft licensing (charged per license per month)

How you are billed:

You elect to pay from your prepaid balance in one of three ways:

Pay as you go – Hourly consumption for your resources is billed in 15 min increments.
Subscription – Subscribe to your selected resources for a month and enjoy a 20% discount on the hourly rate.
Annual Subscription – Subscribe for 12 months and only pay for 10.

You can optimise your costs by combining Subscription and Pay as You Go. Subscribe for the bare minimum you need and burst over and above your subscription using your Pay As You Go balance for any above ordinary needs.

†Hourly use is billed as you use it, from your Pay-As-You-Go balance. It is charged in 15 minute periods at 1.2x the hourly rate of subscriptions. 15 minute periods are per-account and measured by the clock – this means that 15 mins bought at 09:05 expires at 09:20 even if you stop the server earlier, but also that if you stop the server at 09:10 and start a new, replacement server at 09:15 then it is still covered until 09:20

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between subscription and burst (Pay-As-You-Go) use?

Monthly subscriptions are the most cost-effective option for customers intending to run their servers continuously. You pay a fixed price for that month, regardless of how long your servers are running during that period. We also offer an ‘hourly burst’ pricing model for customers who do not run their servers all the time. You deposit a Pay-As-You-Go balance with us, from which money is deducted automatically as you make use of the service, rather like a Pay-As-You-Go cell phone. The rates are 1.2x the subscription rates, but when your servers are off you are only charged for disk space. Please see our Pricing Options for more details.

Can I purchase a combination of subscription and burst use?

Yes. For example, if you have a server which is only running for 30 hours per month, you can subscribe for the disk space it uses, but only pay by hourly burst for the CPU and memory. For data transfer we recommend taking out a subscription for as much as you expect to use during the month and bursting above that level as required.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept Australian Dollar (AUD).

Your credit card will automatically convert from your local currency to AUD as required.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Subscriptions can be scaled up and down at any time or you can run everything from your Pay-As-You-Go balance.
